Lodge rooms and cabins can be reserved 2 years in advance. Identify yourself as being with the McCabe Reunion.
After June 22, 2013:

Camping

RV and tent camping can be reserved up to 1 year in advance.
Group Camp Rates and Features
A great option for families that like to tent camp. The camp is set up with pads, water, electric, and picnic tables. It is right on the lake, with a private bathhouse. 50 people maximum.

Private Cabins - Tanyard Springs

Tanyard Springs cabins can be reserved 1 year in advance.
Most cabins sleep at least 4. No pets. All are located together and are less than a mile from the Lodge. 13 cabins, 1 large house.

Rockefeller Institute at Petit Jean

Rockefeller Institute houses can be reserved 6 months in advance.
After May 22, 2014:
Rockefeller Institute hotel rooms can be reserved 1 month in advance.
This is a corporate retreat/conference center about 1.5 miles from the Lodge. 81 hotel rooms, and 4, 3-bedroom houses. This is a good option for last minute folks, large families who want to stay together, or those who want to stay in a hotel- like setting. This center is situated on very nice grounds with a pool, recreation facilities and gardens.
