Things to Know About the Park and Area

The Park is located in a fairly remote area.  The closest town is Morrilton.  It is about 20 miles from Petit Jean.  It is recommended that you stop and buy whatever groceries you need before arriving.  There are several grocery and liquor stores in Morrilton.

There are 20 miles of trails in the Park as well as other activities including horseback riding, a petting zoo and the Museum of Automobiles .  There is also a large swimming pool and tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

Also remember, this will be summer in Arkansas, so bring  your swimsuit, sunscreen and bug spray!

T-shirts

If you want a T-shirt, please make sure that you or your family rep has relayed your order to Joe Baxter, with size information.  T-shirt cost is $10.00/shirt.  Send your orders and money directly to Joe Baxter at 3408 N Holman Ct. Midwest City, OK 73110.  Money for T-shirts must be received by Feb 28, 2014

Tuesday night's dinner will be a Pot-Luck.  Bring all of your leftovers to the Rec Hall and we will share our last night's meal together and enjoy a closing program.

Plea for Support

We are looking forward to hosting the 10th McCabe/Ahern Reunion, and celebrating 30 years of great times together.  As those of you that have hosted know, this is an expensive undertaking.  Expenses  at this point are about $2000.   We would appreciate a contribution of $50/family, or whatever you can afford, every little bit helps. You can send your donations along with your T-shirt or Meal money to Joe or Susan, or directly to me at 1405 N Old North Pl, Sand Springs Ok 74063 If you can't pitch in with money, see the website for volunteer opportunities and don't worry about it, the most important thing is to see your smiling face!

If anyone has any questions - please call me at 918-419-2444,send me a note on FB or at ann.been@cox.net  or call your family representative.   Detailed information is also on this website and on our Facebook page:  2014 McCabe Reunion

Love to All - See you in Arkansas!
